Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds after this period.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., flowers)

  • Personal protective equipment such as gloves, safety helmets, and protective glasses

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Downloadable software products

  • Gift cards

How to Return

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items with obvious signs of use

  • Opened software, CDs, DVDs, or video games

  • Items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts not caused by us

  • Returns made after the 30-day return period

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to post the refund.

  3. Contact your bank.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at work@gridplanet.online and send your item to the address above.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee we will receive your returned item.
